What is Scoupon?
Each Scoupon features a great deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By promising businesses exposure to loads of new potential customers, we get nice discounts to pass on to our loyal customers. They have the opportunity to buy them at www.TheScoupon.com and then to take the unique voucher code to the place of business offering the deal for redemption and for a great experience.
Where did you get the name "Scoupon?"
Scoupon is a combination of two concepts "The Scoop" and "Coupon", implying that we'll bring to you the latest "Scoop" (cool happenings) in your city at a great deal represented by a "Coupon".
Does it cost me anything to create an account or sign up for your mailing list?
No way! In fact, you benefit by being the first to hear about our deals, some of which may have maximums. All deals run for a limited time, so get in before they're gone!
Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
Nope - our thousands of members make up a big enough group. You'll probably want to invite people anyway, though  Scoupons are fun to use with friends and family.
I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends or the maximum number of Scoupons is met. We'll charge your card and send you an email link to print your Scoupon (be sure to check your SPAM filters). You may also access your vouchers by signing-in to www.TheScoupon.com, clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page, and then clicking "My Orders" (Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes to receive this email and for your purchase to appear on this page.)

If the deal has closed (or a deal that has reached the maximum has successfully ended) and you've waited more than 4 hours but still don't see your voucher listed on the "My Orders" page, please contact us at sales@thescoupon.com

Do I need to use my Scoupon the same day I buy it?
No. Many Scoupons have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. Please review the unique details for each Scoupon.
I bought a Scoupon - how do I use it?
Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Scoupon. The Scoupon has redemption instructions (and sometimes a map) right on it!
Can I buy a Scoupon as a gift for someone else?
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that Scoupons can be gifted, and unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away! Just include their name when you are on the Confirm and Buy screen, then you can email them the link you get or give them the print out which will have their name on it and can be redeemed at the merchant.
Is an ID required to redeem my Scoupon?
Yes, please always bring a valid government ID and mobile with you when redeeming your Scoupon. If you give a Scoupon to someone as a gift, that person should bring his/her ID and mobile when redeeming. The merchant will record name, mobile and address to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.
If I don't use the full value of the Scoupon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend - share a little!
Can I combine my Scoupon with other offers or specials?
No... not unless the Scoupon specifically states otherwise.
Can I return a Scoupon?
All sales are final. The Scoupon(s) you will receive by email are issued by the merchant, not us. You should address all issues with the products or services you receive to that merchant (unless of course it is a problem with our website). However, if you are unable to contact the merchant after attempting to do so, please contact us at sales@thescoupon.com
What happens if my Scoupon expires?
Once a Scoupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its value, so please be sure to redeem it prior to the expiration time stated at the time the deal is purchased.
What if the business for my Scoupon closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Scoupon, we'll do our best to get your money back.

Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes!
I received referral codes from three people - do they all get rewarded?
No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. Which friend do you like best?

What will you do with my email address?
Not too much. You'll receive our daily Scoupon offering in your inbox, and occasional alerts relating to your purchases.
